The shipping times in EUROPE can vary, as indicated in the relevant product specification. You can view the estimated shipping times, under the price of the product that you wish to purchase. REST OF THE WORLD - Purchases made from outside the European Single Market will be exempt from paying Italian VAT. Therefore, all the prices displayed at the purchase stage (when you have selected your destination country, but prior to proceeding to the payment stage) will be reduced by 22% (the current VAT rate in ITALY) and will be sold net of this tax.

Any duties, customs importation charges, taxes and any other financial obligations are and remain the responsibility of the CLIENT (even in the case that the CLIENT refuses receipt of the goods upon delivery).
The parcel will be sent without customs clearance, and we do not apply VAT, duties or taxes, and we are not able to predict what charges might be imposed by your destination country.
The customs authorities insist that the value of the order must be declared directly on the parcel (for this reason, we send the parcel with an invoice attached, stating the sum total VAT excluded).
The customs office has the right to clear - or refuse to clear - the parcel, and sometimes they can delay the delivery according to their own unquestionable judgment. If the order is subject to any extra charges (duties, taxes or tariffs), the CLIENT must pay them immediately so that the parcel can clear customs.
