The order amount was charged twice on my credit card?
The amount will be charged to your credit card only after your order has been shipped.
If you just placed your order, the amount you see on your statement is a simple pre-authorization. It is a usual banking practice for closing transactions related to credit cards, to ensure that there are sufficient funds and the veracity of the account. This pre-authorization is temporary (depending on your bank, is unlocked in 48-72 hours). If you want to speed up the release of funds, contact your credit card issuing bank.

I get an error message when I enter my billing and shipping addresses. Why?
If you receive an error message, there may be some problem with your credit card information, or billing or shipping addresses. The billing address must be the same as that found in the archives of your bank. Double check all data and check for any misspellings. You can also try to reformat the names and addresses in your billing information (this often solves the problem).
My order does not pass. What should I do?
